The Wednesday Night Supper Club launches tonight, and we couldn't be more thrilled! On this first night of class, the participants will create and enjoy a delicious meal of pea pesto crostini, string beans with shallots, orange pecan wild rice, chicken with herbed goat cheese and basil, and a delicious french apple tart.
