There is NO way that I can choose the best meal that I have ever had...so I am changing it a bit. I am choosing the best meal that I have had this past week...haha.

pulled pork sandwhich with corn fritters and honey butter...not quite classy, but OOOO so delicious! :)
This is a toughie - but I'm going to have to go back to my roots and say Pelmeni w/ sour cream and my mom's olivye salad. So delicious - thanks, now I am definitely craving it!
I don't know if I can narrow it down to one but as I sit in the snow right now my mouth is watering over my mom's Potato Cheese Soup. It is all organic and all delicious. The perfect meal for those days when a salad just isn't hitting the spot.

Hmmmmm the best meal I have ever had was when I was in Uganda and the chef at our hotel made "dessert" which was a fish (I can't remember what kind it was) that was cooked over a fire. The chef gutted the fish without taking off the skin or even popping out the eyeballs...I have never had a fish as delicious as that. My mouth is watering...

The best meal I ever ate was at the Sea Watch at Wailea in Maui on my honeymoon. I don't remember what I ate, but I vividly remember the magical feeling of sitting and eating and watching the sun slowly set into the ocean. Sometimes the best meals aren't about the specific food you ate, but they're about the memories of time spent enjoying the company of others while sharing a meal together!
A few years back I had the pleasure of dining at the top cooking school in Thailand: the Thai Cooking School at the Oriental Bangkok hotel. What did I enjoy? An incredibly elegant and indescrible epicurean delight --- buffet tables full of the best Thai food I have eaten. I'll never forget it. ...
Oh man that's hard! I'm going to have to go with a dinner I had at a members-only restaurant in San Diego. A friend worked there and got us in for a birthday meal. The entire night we got free tastes from the chefs, things I never would have tried!! mmm I love food!

The best meal I ever had was in Brisbane, Australia at the Café Babylon. Chicken, vegetables and cheese in phyllo dough. Pretty much anything in phyllo dough would be my favorite meal.
So much food over the years... I think the best meals are surrounded by good friends so my favorite food memory is from last year when a group of us got together for home cooked steak. One of the friends made a fantastic onion cream sauce, on the fly, that we still talk about.
