Mommy & Me: Let's Make Lunch

We had a great Mommy & Me class this morning!  Let's Make Lunch was the title of this class with Homemade Tomato Soup with animal croutons, grilled ham, apple and cheese sandwich, and banana flowers (ice cream sundaes) on the menu.  We wanted to share some pictures and the recipe for the banana flowers.

Banana Flowers

To make the flower, spoon a dollop of sticky marshmallow cream into the bottom of a small, shallow bowl; insert sliced banana as the petals all around.  Add one large scoop of ice cream and plenty of your favorite sauce, and then finish with whipped cream, sprinkles, chopped nuts and even a cherry on top!
